About the event
Learn to hand cut and sew your own Memory Bear. Under Beth McKean's guidance, each student will have the chance to take their Bear home at the end of the class.
Memory Bears are often created as keepsakes for those who have passed away. Beth has made many custom orders of these Bears herself using the customers clothing offered. Participants are encouraged to bring their own chosen materials to cut and sew into one of these bears. If participants do not have materials to bring, that is perfectly fine. Beth offers a wide selection of fabrics that can be used.
A basic understanding and operation of your sewing machine is essential. Beginners and those with more experience are welcome.
