Please note that most materials used are upcycled material. We at Hip Chick Design do our very best to make sure material is clean, stain and scent free with no tears or rips before we cut it for our clothing. Unfortunately, this sometimes does not get caught. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to make sure the issue is fixed. This could mean repairing or replacing if necessary.

Contact Beth with any issues. We will find a solution to either repair, exchange, credit note or if need be, return.  

Orders are shipped by Canada Postal Service. The order is processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase. An email confirmation will be sent with tracking number to the customer once item has been sent off.

For all Wool Products. Hand wash in cold water is best. Spot clean if necessary (depending on the garment) or on the gentle cycle in cold water in the washing machine. Please remember hot water will shrink the wool. The hot dryer will also shrink the wool. Lie flat to air dry is best for your wool item.

 

Dry cleaning is another option for your Hip Chick wool garments.

 

Denim or cotton upcycled items can be washed in regular water as you wish. These materials have already been pre-shrunk. Thank you.
