Frequently asked questions

For best results hand washing or using the gentle cycle with cold water with all up-cycled wool garments. This would be best with any wool products. Denim garments or cotton blends (summer items) are fine washing in regular washes. Hang dry or lay flat to dry. Dry cleaning always an option for wool garments.

90 day manufacturers warranty from day of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. This could be material that is torn, ripped, thin or stained that was not seen durring manufacturing. Please notify Beth and we will do what we can to resolve the issue for you.

Please contact Beth through email: info@hipchickdesign.ca to discuss further details. Custom orders are welcome! People can bring specific textiles or clothing that is special to them and repurpose it into a new Hip Chick Design. Cost for custom orders are based on $100 per hour for creation.
