How do I wash and care for my Hip Chick item?

Accepted Answer

Cold water on the gentle cycle is best. When washing our Jean Jackets place it in a mesh bag or pillowcase before washing. Hang to dry.

What is the return policy?

Accepted Answer

90 day manufacturers warranty from day of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. This could be material that is torn, ripped, thin or stained that was not seen durring manufacturing. Please notify Beth and we will do what we can to resolve the issue for you.

Can I make a custom order?

Accepted Answer

Custom orders are welcome! Bring your quilt or sweaters or jacket or pants to Beth. She will discuss options with you of what can be created. $85/hr for custom work. Read more about Memory Keepsake custom work in the drop down menu under SHOP.

Question 4

What if I see a product I like, but it's not my size?

Accepted Answer

Please contact Beth! You can discuss options and see if that product is able to be either resized for you or recreated. Remember, all garments are made from upcyceld materials which does make them one of a kind. Yet if it is possible, Beth will let you know if she has the materials available to recreate a similar garment for you.

Do you offer sewing classes?

Yes! People could book a private or semi private sewing class with Beth for $65/hr.Classes are also available in person of various projects. Please look under the CLASSES tab
